Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Delivery

Shipping is free and tracked on every order, worldwide. Typical delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. During high-demand periods delivery can occasionally take a few days longer.

Tracking

Track your package any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, email us at support@hydrakor.shop and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost packages

If your order is lost in transit and tracking shows no delivery within 30 days of dispatch, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
